HSK 9 is the highest proficiency band in the New HSK 3.0 official framework, assessing a cumulative vocabulary of more than 11,000 words alongside advanced spoken, written, and translation skills.

This 7-month program developed by Punjab Language Training Center (PLTC) is designed for university faculty, professional interpreters, and corporate directors who require unrestricted linguistic command across academic, legal, and economic domains.
- Simultaneous & Consecutive Interpretation: Handling live bilingual interpretation during trade delegations, conferences, and technical workshops.
- Academic & Legal Literacy: Evaluating unadapted Chinese legislation, patent filings, dissertations, and literary texts.
- High-Level Rhetoric: Formulating academic papers, defending technical proposals, and leading formal business negotiations in Chinese.
Classes will be conducted at our Lahore campus and through live interactive online batches across Pakistan.

Module 2 — Professional & Conference Interpretation
- Note-taking systems and short-term memory drills for simultaneous interpretation
- Industry-specific terminology management for engineering, law, and finance
- High-pressure bilingual communication practice
Module 3 — Technical Reading & Document Synthesis
- Analyzing peer-reviewed dissertations, legislation, and industry white papers
- Rapid extraction and synthesis of data from multiple Chinese sources

Module 4 — Publication Writing & Formal Debate
- Structuring research publications, policy briefs, and corporate proposals
